What information do we collect?
We will only ask for the information that we need - for example if you are looking for a quote then we simply ask for the date, where it's to be held and for how many guests. We don't even need to know what kind of event you're hosting as our prices are the same regardless of whether it's a birthday, wedding or corporate party. If you do decide to book with us then we'll need a few more details such as your colour scheme, what time you're getting married, what time the party begins etc - again, we won't ask for anything that we don't need!
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
No, we do not pass on of your details to anyone else, your information is for our own use only.
What do we use your information for?
So that we can provide our usual high levels of service and ensure that your event does without a hitch.
How long do you keep my details?
All data relating to your quotation/booking will be deleted 3 months after the event.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make an enquiry or place an order.
Terms & Conditions
We offer a range of services so these are tailored to each one eg our terms and conditions for catering are a little different to those for venue decor. These are always provided when you first contact us for quote and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Insurance & Legal Stuff
We hold all necessary certification and insurance as required by most venues and can provide these prior to booking
Public Liability - £5 million
PAT Certificate - we only use PAT tested equipment
Food Hygiene - we have a 5* rating and our staff are trained in food hygiene & safety
Risk Assesment - we can provide a risk assessment for all services provided
Can I come and see your products and samples?
Yes, of course - we hold consultations in our work studio, in Birstal,l where we can discuss your ideas, look at samples etc - it's good to know we're on the same wavelength!
We'll then email your quotation and include the notes from our meeting - we don't pester you afterwards, we know that if you want to book then you will!
What area do you cover?
We work primarily in Yorkshire due to high local demand but will go wherever we're wanted! We cover any local venue (within 5 miles) as part of our standard pricing then charge for any additional mileage incurred, this will be included in your quotation
Will my price change?
We will always honour the price at which you've booked - it's a way of getting this year's prices for next year's events
How long is my quote valid for?
It's valid for 14 days - remember though that our special offers change on a regular basis so may not be available again at the same price
How do I secure my date?
Your date is secured and the contract of hire formed upon payment of …
Fun Foods & Catering - deposit/booking fee, amount required will be shown on your quotation/booking confirmation but is usually £50-£100
Decor & Venue Styling - security bond, usually £100 - in addition to securing your date, this payment acts as our security against loss/damage to the items hired and is returned to you after the event once all hired stock has been collected
